Loving Home Foundation has a no refunds policy. When bookings are made sessions credits are used to make the booking, so book carefully as sessions cannot be rescheduled, if you cancel or do not show up the credit for that session is forfeited.  One time free strategy calls that are cancelled can be rebooked for a negotiated cost.  If illness occurs speak to your facilitator who may make amendments to this on the grounds of compassion but please note they are  not obligated to do so.  

*Be reassured, that if sessions cannot be delivered by the LHF facilitator, Loving Home Foundations guarantees to reschedule your booked session with the facilitator or an equivalent facilitator that you approve of or to give a refund for that session. 

Loving H.O.M.E. Foundation and its network of mentors and transformational educators herein known as “The Foundation”. The Foundation provides mentoring and education services to help you free yourself from old programming and conditioning, to heal old wounds and discover your magnificence in a greater more embodied way. 

The Foundation agrees to whole heartedly and wholly put your safety, wellbeing, success, highest attainment and enjoyment at the forefront of all our work.  

The Foundation agrees to fully show up for all our learning & support meetings, if there is an unlikely situation we can not make a meeting we agree to work with you to make a mutual agreement to fulfil our offering. 

The Foundation agrees to work with harmony and a commitment to ensuring you feel safe physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and at any time if you call or communicate the word “Safety” all activity stops until you are fully heard and supported as needed. 

The Foundation agrees to show you utmost respect and reverence- to see you, to emotionally and spiritually feel you and to see your higher self at all times. 

The Foundation will encourage you to face everything and rise, to remind you reverence forgotten is not lost, to speak to you and never about you. Confidentiality in the container will be maintained so that your inner utmost highest Self Confidence can be attained. 

The Foundation agrees to “Cause not harm, damage and loss. If harm, damage or loss occurs then an apology will be given, forgiveness will be sought and the situation will be brought back to equity. 

The Foundation agrees to develop with you appropriate strategies and technologies to support you to feel your true purpose, your deep sense of belonging and a warm feeling of Home in the heart and in all your journeys. 

The Foundation will never, for any reason, disclose your sensitive information such as a phone number, email address or financial information in any of Our sales, marketing or advertising material. We will never rent or sell your personal information to any party for any reason no matter how much they threaten to tickle us, torture us or pay us in diamonds and silk.

This service is offered subject to your acceptance of these Terms. 

The individual below (referred to “you" or “your”) desires to participate in Our Services and agrees to upon signing this document of the Terms and Conditions here within. 

Are you of age? Are you willing to be Response-able?

You agree that you are at least 18 years old and you agree that you accessing this Service for personal development and / or professional development. You agree to take full ownership and radical self-responsibility for your own words, actions and the thoughts that you cultivate about yourself, the shared learning and others. You agree to Cause no harm, damage and loss. If  you cause harm, damage or loss then you will apologise, ask for forgiveness and bring the situation back to equity. If there is a dispute between yourself and others the first stage if appropriate is to formally invite the other to a face-to-face confrontation. If this is not successful, then a circle of my significant people and the mentors are to hold space for mutual resolutions. If mutual and full resolution does not occur then the parties agree to use independent third party private mediators from peacemakersequity.com and to split the costs of this resolution service.  

You agree and comprehend that The Foundation provides mentoring and transformational educational services only and guarantees no specific results.  You acknowledge that The Foundation makes no promises or representation that I will attain any particular states or make a certain amount of money, or any money, or that you  will not lose money, as a result of using these Services.

You agree to show up fully, which means you prioritise your bookings and enrol and book with acceptance of the no refund and no rescheduling policy and you agree to show up fully prepared to give 100% which means sobriety for at least 24hrs prior. You acknowledge that your diet, water consumption, sedentary lifestyle, amount and quality of sleep and consumption of fluoridated water, alcohol coffee and other drugs can impede your potential to achieve the results you desire. You also acknowledge that undertaking additional services whilst working with  LHF can complicate your process and overwhelm you, it may also lead to you expecting that something other than the work you do will bring the change you are working towards. 

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree that your account may be terminated or suspended if you share your credentials with another party.  You will have the specified time of mentoring and you will have access for the materials provided for 12months. You must not duplicate, reproduce or store LHF intellectual property without prior written consent.  You agree to not provide or make available any Content (including, but not limited to, audio and/or audio visual presentations, documentation, software, printed or digital materials, and other elements characterising Our Services, also knows as the “Content”) to any third party, or use the Content to teach any third party or portion of the Services without prior written agreement, breech of this agreement could lead to suspension, cancelation and liability for losses. 

You acknowledge that at times you may incidentally treat people out of habit and not with the reverence and respect that is deserved.  If you trespass you agree that you  will apologise, ask for forgiveness and find a way to move harmoniously well with your truth. We must all speak our truth however you agree so to do so with an inner ear so that others hear what you are saying. Words can hurt. Our truth is essential. You agree to confront situations and be confronted without conflict. We need to re-spect, to re-see things, from another perspective to develop better communication and connection. In our work you agree that we speak to each other NOT about each other.

You agree to take radical self responsibility. To own your shadows and kinks and to not project violent or sexual energy on to another.

Unless this stated otherwise you grant The Foundation express permission to use your story, results and experience for sales, marketing and advertising purposes including, but not limited to Social Media, websites, Marketing Funnels, Video and Audio, Print Media and all other mediums of communication.  Let all who come know… you forged my destiny!

Radical Self-Responsibility:

You agree to take full responsibility for my physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing and health.  You will call ‘pause’ or 'safety'anytime you feel that you or anyone is unsafe, or that you are  not in harmony.  You agree to own all projections, criticisms and judgements and feel to heal. You agree to get external support, such as medical or psychological help, where needed. You agree to nourish myself, replenish and enjoy the transformation. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

1. You agree that your, your assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, litigate or sue the Foundation, their affiliates, employees, leaders, participants, agents, or volunteers or any of their affiliated organizations for injury or damage resulting from acts, however caused. 
2. You shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against the Foundation and agree that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, your spouse, your children, your legal representatives, your successors and your assignees. 
3. If any part of this waiver is unlawful, void or enforceable, then that part shall be considered severed, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.
